Jane Harrington is an author with over two decades of experience in the literary arts, publishing for both the youth market and crafting literary fiction and creative nonfiction. Her work has appeared in numerous journals and anthologies, including Chautauqua, Feminine Collective, and Irish America, and has been recognized with national and international accolades. Her novel In Circling Flight was awarded the 2019 Brighthorse Prize and longlisted for the Crook's Corner Book Prize in 2023. Harrington is a fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) and teaches writing and literature at W&L University and Hollins University.
