Kim Scott is the author of the bestsellers Radical Respect: How to Work Together
Better and Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity, and
the novels Virtual Love, The Househusband, and The Measurement Problem. She’s
the co-founder of the company Radical Candor, and co-hosts the podcasts Radical
Candor and Radical Respect. Scott was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtics, Twitter,
and other technology firms, and was on the faculty at Apple University. Before that
she led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google. She also managed a
pediatric clinic in Kosovo and started a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow.
